Content:
- An NMG topic is introduced (e.g. electric vehicles). Raise pre-concepts and record central concepts in L1.
- Based on this selection of terms on the topic, learners search for the corresponding words in L2 and integrate them into the glossary (see below).
- The vocabulary thus established is specifically learned.
- Learners research on the internet (how to research on the internet?).
- Advantages and disadvantages of electric vehicles are discussed and compiled together.
- Development of a detailed table.
- In group work, key terms are collected on posters; these terms are then used to present the activity to the other class.
