The students first got to know each other via Teams. One student from Delémont exchanged ideas with one student from Basel. Then they found out their partner's culinary preferences and agreed in the whole class on a menu that was cooked on the day of the encounter in Basel. A few weeks later, the class from Basel travelled to Delémont. The German-speaking pupils were helped by the French-speaking pupils to fill in a survey which took place at school. They then explored Delémont with an interview assignment (see appendix) and at the end the two classes enjoyed a picnic that they had prepared together.
